New York Yankees designated hitter Giancarlo Stanton is dealing with pain in both elbows, which has prevented him from resuming baseball activities. He has traveled to New York for further medical evaluation. Manager Aaron Boone was asked about Stanton but didn't provide much details. He said Stanton would have more details on his injury. Seems like he will be out for quite some time and the Yankees will miss his power presence in the lineup. I don't care what you say about him, his sheer presence in the lineup makes the Yankees a better team. In the 2024, the Yankees had a record of 71-43 when Giancarlo Stanton was in the lineup, and 23-25 without him. And don't forget how clutch he was in the post season.
