Even though it's his first game in spring training, there is still some excitement for Mets fans.
Yankees Revise Facial Hair Policy After Almost 40 Years
On Saturday, there was breaking news when the Yankees revealed they would modify their facial hair policy after nearly 50 years. Players can now grow beards, provided they are neatly trimmed and not resembling a caveman or Duck Dynasty style. In my view, Hal Steinbrenner made a wise decision. He didn't overhaul the entire policy; he simply made a slight adjustment, meaning players still can't have long hair. I believe that's acceptable because a complete change isn't expected. It's about taking small steps forward.
