I am excited because the New York Yankees have officially started their 2025 Spring Training at George M. Steinbrenner Field in Tampa, Florida. Pitchers and catchers reported earlier this week, with position players joining shortly thereafter.
The Yankees have made significant offseason moves, including signing left-handed pitcher Max Fried to an eight-year deal and acquiring outfielder/first baseman Cody Bellinger and one of the top relievers in Devin Williams and other small moves.
